Kyle Postma was a quarterback with the Houston Cougars as recently as last week. The coaching staff decided to switch Postma to wide receiver to put the athletic young man on the field more. Postma surprised everyone with four catches for 82 yards in his first game at wide receiver, only a mere four days after his first practice in his new position. More info here.
No word on if Coach Herman got the idea from his former team who recently moved quarterback Braxton Miller to the receiver position. Miller had a similar breakout game last night against Virginia Tech.
